  • What is the cancellation policy and why do we have one?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged. 

  • How to report a problem to Taskable Pros?

Any and all inquiries, comments and/or concerns can be submitted online at info@taskablepros.com or by contacting us at 866-377-TASK.

  • How do I pay for tasks, what types payment method are taken?

We accept cash, money orders, checks (checks must clear before service can begin) and electronic payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover etc…). A cancelled or returned checks will incur a minimum fee of $35.

  • Can I request a certain supermarket/store for my grocery preference?

Custom requests can be made at first phone or email consultation. At this time any and all requests for specific stores or resources should be made to a Task Pro. We kindly request information of location such as address, phone number, contact person, etc. Any last minute changes should be submitted to a Task Pro via email and/or phone upon scheduled appointment.

  • How are Tasks billed? 

Billing will reflect time tracking sheet. Invoices are submitted when service request is completed. Expense receipts will be returned after a copy has been recorded for Taskable Pros. 

  • How do I book a Task Pro? 

All requests for errand running services can be made via online Book Us form or by calling us at 866-377-TASK.

  • Are there before/after/weekend/emergency hours/rates? 

Convenience fees for evenings, weekends, holidays and same day service range from $25 and up depending task need and duration. Please consult with a Task Pro by calling us at 866-377-TASK
